By accessing this site, creating an account, submitting an application, or purchasing a program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our programs.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or enroll.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and application, and keep it up to date.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform or interfere with its security or integrity;
• Access data or accounts not intended for you;
• Share program materials, recordings, or assessments outside your personal learning use;
• Use the platform to harass, defraud, or infringe the rights of others.

• Tuition and add-on fees are billed in U.S. dollars and processed by our payment provider. Applicable taxes may apply.
• Promotional codes and coupons are limited to the programs and time windows specified at issuance and may be revoked or expire without notice.
• Refund eligibility is described on the checkout and confirmation pages for each program. Refunds, when granted, are issued to the original payment method.
• Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in suspension of access pending resolution.

All program content, curriculum, assessments, videos, software, trademarks, and branding are owned by AI Workforce Certification Academy™ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased materials for your personal, non-commercial learning.

• Cohort dates, syllabi, instructors, and delivery formats may change; we will use reasonable efforts to notify enrolled learners of material changes.
• Certification is awarded upon satisfactory completion of program requirements as published. Certification does not constitute a professional license.

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or a program for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that we reasonably determine to be harmful to other learners, staff, or the platform.

The site and programs are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Workforce Certification Academy™ and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site or programs. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the program giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
